The Texas Oil and Gas Association (TXOGA) and Texas Chemical Council (TCC) are working closely with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) as the agency considers a plan to study flares.  TXOGA prepared the one-pager linked below to provide a framework of discussion with regulators and other interested parties.

TXOGA made headlines when the Houston Chronicle published an op-ed by TXOGA’s Vice President for Environmental Affairs, Debbie Hastings.  The op-ed is entitled “State Fuel Team Prepared for Hurricane Evacuations.”
