Former Secretary of State Colin Powell has been confirmed as the keynote speaker at this year's joint meeting of the LONE STAR FORUM and the TEXAS OIL & GAS PAC.   The meeting is scheduled for Sunday and Monday, October 9^th & 10^th, at the Four Seasons Resort & Club at Las Colinas in Dallas. Secretary Powell will speak at a luncheon on Monday concluding the meeting.
