(Requiring courts to report the number of frivolous lawsuits filed each year)

Requires a clerk of a court to provide the Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System a copy of any signed pleading or motion that a court has determined to constitute conduct violating the prohibition on frivolous pleadings or motions.

Directs the Office of Court Administration to annually send a list of litigants signing frivolous pleadings or motions to the general counsel of the State Bar of Texas, who may use the information to determine whether an attorney involved in such conduct is subject to discipline by the state bar.
